Our Team

Where it all began.....Ian opened WW Estate Agents 25 years ago and it’s been going strong ever since. Ian is based at our Bolton Junction office, he oversees day-to-day operations and helps in all aspects of the Sales Progression. When he does get a break from work, he enjoys running, motorcycling and gardening.

Richard is a Director at our Wibsey office, he has been with us for two years but has been an estate agent for 14 years. He helps with the day-today running of the office, carries out all of the valuations and negotiates offers to make sure our clients achieve the best possible price. Outside of work his hands are full with three young children, he also enjoys spending time at the gym.

Katie has been with us since August 2020 but has been in the Lettings industry for over 15 years! Katie carries out all of our Lettings valuations, handles the accounts for the office and much more. Outside of work Katie enjoys family days out and has her hands full with three young children!

Clare is the Director of our brand-new Baildon office and has been part of the WW Estates family for over 20 years - now that's loyalty! She is a true all-rounder, covering every aspect of estate agency as well as keeping the office running efficiently day to day. Clare loves making the most of her downtime - whether that's catching up with family and friends, trying out new restaurants, or heading out for a countryside wander to recharge.

Louise joined us in June 2020, over the pass four years she has handled the sales progressions, arranging viewings and writing up the property brochures for our Bolton Junction office. In her free time, Louise spends time with her young son, she also loves baking!

Sally is based in our sales office at Bolton Junction and handles the sales progression of properties. She joined us almost 3 years ago now. Away from her desk, Sally loves spending time with her family, in particular watching her youngest son play football.

Shona has been with WW Estates since February 2023 and works in our Bolton Junction office on a Saturday. If you need language lessons Shona is the lady to speak to as she is fluent in Spanish and German! Shona enjoys travelling and has lived in Germany, the Netherlands, America and Spain.

Tayla joined our Wibsey branch over 3 years ago now. She followed in her mum's footsteps and does an amazing job. Tayla is here to help you with all aspects of selling your property.

Tom has been with us since August 2022. His journey started at our Bolton Junction office, he has since moved over to the Wibsey branch. He can help you at any point during selling / buying a property through us. When he's not selling properties, Tom enjoys scenic hikes.

Eleni started her apprenticeship with us in 2019 and successfully completed it in September 2021. Eleni is a wizz on the computer, she draws up all of our tenancies, handles tenant referencing, move ins and a bit of everything else. Outside of work Eleni loves to go on long scenic drives whilst listening to her favourite music.

Chantel has been part of the WW Estates team since July 2025. She manages lettings enquiries, maintenance requests, carries out property inspections, and oversees tenant bond processes with care and attention to detail. Chantel is approachable and always happy to help. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her son and caring for and riding her horses.

Olivia joined WW Estates at the start of 2026. She carries out viewings and property inspections, takes photos and measurements, and prepares properties for market. Olivia also handles enquiries and maintenance requests, always offering a friendly and efficient service. Outside of work, she enjoys spending quality time with her young son.

Dan joined WW Estates in 2024, working out of the Bolton Junction Branch as our Senior Valuer. He has worked within estate agency now for 10 years, with experience and knowledge developed from working in different areas across Yorkshire. Dan looks after the day to day running of the Bolton Junction branch, including initial valuations, bringing properties to market and liaising with our current vendors and potential vendors to help them get the best results when looking at selling their home. Outside of work Dan enjoys time with his wife and 3 sons as well as being an avid sports fan!

Max joined our Bolton Junction branch in January 2025, after previously working within the estate agency industry for more than 5 years within another area of Bradford. Max looks after the day to day enquiries coming into the office in BD2 from viewing enquiries, valuation enquiries to conducting viewings and negotiating offers to ensure all our vendors are achieving the right price from the right buyer. When he's not selling properties, Max enjoys going to watch Manchester United and spending days out with his family!

Josh has been with us since the start of 2026 joining from another agents where he worked in the industry for 3 years. Based in the Bolton Junction branch, Josh is well equipped in negotiation of sales and liaising with our vendors, buyers and solicitors ensuring all our transactions run smoothly from start to finish. Outside of the office, Josh enjoys spending his time watching football and playing darts!
